Today I made the most amazing salad, okay so maybe I didn't make it but I concocted it at Byerly's.
Spinach
Strawberries
A little ranch dressing
A very large spoonful of cottage cheese
Blue cheese crumbles
Raw broccoli
Dried cranberries
The best part is that the cottage cheese totally works as a dressing so I just did a very small amount of ranch.
