The other day I was in a terrible mood because of work. I've learned to control my moodiness as I've gotten older (I used to be very very moody) but sometimes I fall into the trap and the only thing that can help is a hot shower (one in which the shower curtain rod fell on my head) and sleep. I think everyone needs a bad day sometimes, just remember:
"The best advice is found on your pillow, sleep on it, tomorrow is a new day."
